Pello uses An Post for delivery service nationally & to a number of worldwide countries.


Domestic Orders (North & South of Ireland) take 2-4 working days delivery Service.

There is a Standard Signed for Delivery Charge of €7 for all orders under €75.

FREE SHIPPING for all domestic orders over €75.


Domestic shipping is charged on a flat rate basis, regardless of the weight of your order.Working Days are Monday to Friday, not including public holidays. We hold stock of most items and aim to despatch regular orders within 24 hours of receipt. You should receive your parcel within 2-3 working days. 

Your order will require a signature on delivery. If you know you are not going to be at home at the time of delivery, please provide us with an appropriate delivery address. We will happily deliver to your work address if you are not at home during the day. Please be sure to include both your billing address and your delivery address at the checkout. Once your order has been dispatched, we will notify you by e-mail.

International Orders

Please contact us to inquire about international shipping rates. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

 

Returns Policy

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
