+ What are your opening hours?

We are open Monday - Wednesday: 9am - 5pm. Thursday and Friday: 9am - 8pm 9am - 6pm. Saturdays from 9am - 6pm. Closed on Sunday.

+ Can I book online?

Yes, you can book an appointment with us, here. Please note we are not currently taking bookings due to Covid-19 restrictions.

+ Can I just turn up and make an appointment at the salon?

Yes, we would love to see you.

+ Do I require a patch test prior to my colour appointment?

Yes, we require a patch test 48 hrs prior to your colour appointment if you're a first time guest to Pello Hairdressing.  If you have been with us before but have not been with us for a while we may also require to redo a patch test if a significant amount of time has passed. We always have your welfare in our best interest here at the salon.

+ What is your Booking Policy?

To schedule any lightning service, we require a deposit paid at the time of booking. We charge your card the full deposit, and this amount comes off the total due on the day of your service. This fee will be forfeited if you cancel or reschedule your appointment without providing 48 business hours’ notice. + What is included with my Colour Service?

Haircuts and blow dries are not included in base colour and lightening services but can be added on if desired.

+ Is it all one set price?

Individual guest pricing may vary depending on hair thickness, length, total appointment time and/or product required.

+ How blonde can I be?

It’s all relative! Coming in with hair inspiration photos is a great idea, but keep in mind that photos work as our jumping off point, and we have to take lots of factors into consideration – such as your hair history, your starting level, and more. Our stylists will consult with you before any product ever comes near your head, to make sure that you understand what is possible in one session or over multiple sessions.

The most important thing to us is maintaining the integrity of your hair while we attempt your goal. We’ll do our best to get you where you want to be and we will keep it real every step of the way!

+How much will it cost to lighten my hair?

We never quote prices without seeing you and your goals in persons, and getting a comprehensive hair history. Everyone’s needs to achieve their goals are different. You might need a root colour, an extra bowl of product, a treatment, or something different in addition to the lightener. Until we meet you and know what you’re looking for, we can’t give you an exact price. Your stylist can give you a good idea before she begins your application how much your service will cost, and if you have a particular budget that you’d like to try to stick to then we can offer suggestions of what is possible within your price range. We are always here if you’d like to schedule a free consultation before you come in for your appointment!

POLICIES

Cancellation Policy

We strictly require a 24 notice of cancellation for all our services. Please keep in mind that ‘no shows’ and last minute cancellation leave our service providers with empty appointment times. We may also have turned away other guests who could have enjoyed that time slot. In accordance with this policy all appointments will be charged half of the scheduled services price and will be automatically deducted from your next visit.

Gift Certificates and Gift Wrapping

Why not purchase a gift certificate, hair or skin care gift boxes for that special person and we will gift wrap that purchase for you!

Patch Test Policy

As part of our colour services, we require all guests to have a patch test at least 48 hours in advance of the colour appointment. This is a mandatory policy to ensure total health and safety for all our clients. This will allow for any irritations to present themselves ensuring safety for both our clients and the salons.
